How will I know if Blakemere’s Gin & Fizzfest 2020 is cancelled or rescheduled?
As soon as any decision is made on this event in terms of a cancellation or postponement customers will be notified to the email provided when booking tickets. Those who opted to receive mobile tickets will also receive a text.
I’ve heard the event has been cancelled/rescheduled but I haven’t been informed yet?
If you haven’t received an email or text regarding the status of the event please check our Facebook page as we will also post event updates on here as well as sending out emails. If you don’t have Facebook please email firstname.lastname@example.org who will update you on the event.
If the event is rescheduled will I get a refund?
If you are unable to attend the new date please contact email@example.com directly who will arrange your refund for you.
If the event is cancelled will I get a refund?
All tickets bought ONLINE will be refunded by TicketSource including booking fees, but excluding any delivery charges if applicable. TicketSource will automatically refund all tickets purchased online once cancellation of the event is confirmed.
All tickets bought by PHONE will be refunded directly by Blakemere Village including booking fee, but excluding any delivery charges if applicable. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this refund.
How will I know if I purchased my ticket ONLINE or by PHONE?
Please refer to you bank statement to see how you payed for your tickets. If your bank statement shows a payment made to ‘TICKETSOURCE (TS)’ you have paid ONLINE. If you bank statement shows a payment made to ‘BLAKEMERE EVENTS’ you have paid by PHONE. If you are unable to find this information please contact email@example.com who will be able to find this information for you.
Can you compensate me for my travel and hotel arrangements if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything beyond the cost of the tickets. We’ll always try to let you know as soon as we can to give you the opportunity to cancel your arrangements, if possible.
The event organisers won’t cancel or reschedule the event unless they really have to. The decision is obviously dependent on Government legislations during these unprecedented times and associated public gathering restrictions.
My card has expired – how do I get my refund?
